It is likely that a production will ask to remove personal items and swap out some pieces of furniture. Any changes or requests will always need to be signed off and agreed in advance. The production is also required to return everything to how it is found.

Sadly, there are too many variables to know. It largely depends on the brief that we have from a production and the versatility of your property. Fees tend to be on a sliding scale depending on the size and impact of the shoot. Fees for a residential house might range from around £500 per day for a small photoshoot to £2000-£3000 a day for high-end TV and Film.
