CONTRACT
We will insist on our contract being used for the hire. We understand studios have specific requirements which is why we've worked with an industry lawyer to generate a fair agreement for both parties. This means faster turnarounds and less negotiation.
FEES
Fees will be arranged on a case-by-case basis, dependant on band, type or size of shoot and the impact on location. Fees may also include relocation, repairs and deposits in some cases. All bookings will include VAT and a booking fee
OWNERS
We are there to help bridge the communication between Location Owner and Location Manager where needed - there to deal with any issues and to set expectations but not to be an uneccessary middle (wo)man.
SITE VISITS
The first site visit will always be accompanied by one of our team, who will be able to oversee and answer any questions you may have. The first 3 site visits are free of charge, subsequently any site visit will be charged at £120 per hour.
CONTACT
You will be assigned one of our team who will be your point of contact and liaison for your location / job. Someone will always be contactable during your shoot hours by phone and WhatsApp.
LOGISTICS
As experienced location managers, we have relevant knowledge about all locations such as serviceability, local area and council knowledge.
